Does CBD Make you High? Does CBD Show on a Drug Test?
What is CBD oil?
The cannabis plant contains an active compound cannabidiol (CBD) which enables people to improve their overall well-being to a large extent. It is a non-psychoactive compound that helps to enhance your mood and brain functions with high efficiency.
Does CBD make you feel high?
No, CBD doesn't make you feel high because it is directly extracted from the plant that contains a high number of cannabinoids which don’t get you high. CBD oil is completely non-psychoactive, so it will not adversely affect perception, behavior, consciousness, or sensory awareness. All of the CBD oil we carry has below the threshold (legal limit) of 0.3% THC, therefore, getting "high" isn't possible.
What will CBD exactly do?
Many who have consumed CBD oil do as a nutritional supplement or medicinal alternative. They claim to feel a sense of relaxation. It may enable alleviation from pains, inflammation, and other issues you experience. Apart from that, it paves ways for increasing endocannabinoid levels naturally on your body. Overall, you may feel more relaxed, normal, comfortable, safer, and better after taking your daily CBD oil serving.
Will I pass a drug test?
This all depends on the type of CBD you are using and the amount of CBD. There are two types of raw CBD oil: Full Spectrum and Isolate (THC Free). Full Spectrum contains trace amounts of THC (under 0.3% THC) because it is extracted using the full cannabis plant so it contains all of the cannabinoids. Isolate is an isolated form of CBD so that it doesn't contain any cannabinoids except CBD. This means that if you are a regular user of CBD and taking a full spectrum you could potentially have a false positive. Many drug tests don't test for the full spectrum of cannabinoids (only check for THC) but it would be safe to stick with an isolate CBD.
